Exquisite Pool Grates In Charlton Villas

The latest pool grate designs from Jonite featured in this new cluster terrace development in Singapore, demonstrates that overflow pools need not look flat and boring anymore. This swanky new design that is also available in several natural stone colors, help elevate the overall look of the two overflow pools of this modern development.

Jonite pool grates not only look amazing but also made to perform very functional and useful purposes. Picture a scenario where children are running along the pool barefooted. With Jonite pool grates, small slot holes prevent children’s feet from getting trapped in between. With surface textures that feels comfortable to the skin but yet slip resistant, children will have a much lesser tendency to fall and slip.

Creative Hinged Sump Cover

Jonite’s recent installation of its latest creative hinged sump covers along Dawson road is the latest testament to its quality and acceptance of its products for government projects in Singapore. This customised hinged sump cover is an adaptation of Jonite’s Nature Collection of creative decorative drain covers. This latest project is the first of its kind along the public roads in Singapore, ushering in a new era of hardscape design in Garden City Singapore.

Green and Eco-friendly Building Product

The iron and steel industry accounts for about 19% of final energy usage worldwide and about a quarter of all direct carbon emissions. By replacing grates and similar products which are typically made of steel and iron, Jonite aims to slowly reduce the carbon footprint of steel and iron on the environment. Jonite is Green Label certified by Singapore Environment Council, achieving it by using eco-friendly materials containing 30% or more recycled content. This goes in line with the ongoing green movement in Singapore initiated by the Building Construction Authority(BCA) of Singapore.

Durable and Minimal Maintenance

Unlike conventional steel gratings commonly seen on the public walkways in Singapore, Jonite gratings and sump covers are durable and requires very minimal maintenance. Jonite’s eco-friendly building material is not only strong, but also non-corrosive. When installed correctly, Jonite products can last in excess of 20 years without corroding or rusting. These value-added long-term benefits of Jonite will provide more cost savings than steel and iron gratings in the long run.
