- Shopify Inc.: e-commerce platform hosting our online shop and processing order data.

- DHL and other logistics carriers: processing delivery information to fulfil shipments.
- Respond.io: customer communication platform used to manage enquiries and order-related messages.
- Google LLC: analytics and tag management services (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Craft CMS / Servd: website content management and hosting.
All third-party service providers are required to process your personal information only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Legal and regulatory disclosure
We may disclose your personal information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jonite, our customers, or others.

Jonite is based in Singapore. Some of our third-party service providers, including Google LLC and Shopify Inc., are based in or operate from countries outside Singapore, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPA and, where applicable, UK GDPR and EU GDPR. These safeguards may include standard contractual clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions.

Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. As a general guide:
- Customer order and transaction records: 7 years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Singapore commercial and tax record-keeping requirements.
- Enquiry and correspondence records: up to 3 years from the date of last contact.
- Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter.
- Technical and usage data: up to 26 months, consistent with Google Analytics data retention settings.
Where personal data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it securely.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
All users (Singapore PDPA)
- The right to access personal data we hold about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
