  • You can request samples directly through our samples page. Simply fill in the form with your contact and project details, and our team will get in touch to confirm availability.

  • Samples are complimentary for verified professionals such as architects, designers, and specifiers. Shipping charges may apply depending on your location, and our team will advise you accordingly once your request is reviewed.

  • We prioritise requests from architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and other industry professionals working on active projects. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, feel free to submit a request and we’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis.

  • Our samples are smaller-scale versions of the actual product, made using the same engineered stone material to reflect the true finish, colour, and texture. While they are crafted for presentation and evaluation purposes, they do not include the internal reinforcements found in our full-sized products, and may be more prone to chipping if dropped or subjected to impact.

  • Sample preparation and dispatch typically take 3–7 working days, depending on availability and destination. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline.
