Positioned near key office hubs and major transport links—including Interstate 95 and the Tri-Rail station—it offers effortless connectivity across the region. Residents enjoy easy access to premier lifestyle destinations such as Town Center, Mizner Park, Royal Palm Place, and Broken Sound, while also being minutes from pristine beaches and over ten nearby golf courses. Opened in 2019, Jewel Changi Airport is a 135,700-square-metre mixed-use development designed by Moshe Safdie that seamlessly links Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Anchored by the 40-metre Rain Vortex—the world’s tallest indoor waterfall—Jewel’s toroidal glass-and-steel dome houses the Shiseido Forest Valley, a multi-tiered garden with over 2,000 trees and 100,000 shrubs. The structure’s grid shell maximizes daylight while reducing solar gain, demonstrating sustainable passive design. Blending transit, retail, hospitality, and nature across ten levels, Jewel offers a new model for experience-driven, biophilic architecture in civic infrastructure.
