Jonite International Warranty
Products Covered
This warranty applies exclusively to products:
- Supplied by Jonite Private Limited ("Jonite®"); or
- Purchased from authorized Jonite® distributors listed on Jonite®'s website, for international use (the "Product").
Products purchased from authorized distributors are subject to the same warranty terms, unless specifically stated
otherwise by the distributor with Jonite®'s written consent. Customers are encouraged to verify with their distributor or
directly with Jonite® if any additional conditions apply.
Warranty Period
Jonite® warrants that the Product is suitable for its intended purpose for one (1) year from the date the purchaser
endorses the commercial invoice and packing list issued by Jonite® (the "Warranty Period"). A "purchaser" refers to any person or organization buying directly from Jonite®.
Warranty Conditions
To benefit from this warranty, products must be installed according to Jonite®'s provided installation guidelines. Warranty coverage may not apply if:
- Products are not installed as per Jonite®'s installation instructions.
- Products are used for purposes other than those intended.
- Products become damaged due to installation errors, misuse, or mishandling by contractors, service companies, or
purchasers.
Jonite® aims to fairly assess each claim and reserves the right to determine warranty coverage applicability in these
situations.
Warranty Remedies
If a defect occurs during the Warranty Period, Jonite® will repair or replace the defective Product or parts at no cost. The maximum coverage provided will not exceed the original sales price of the Product as recorded by Jonite®. Repair or replacement of the defective Product or part represents the exclusive remedy available under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, natural color fading, chipping, or aging
- Damage due to improper storage, maintenance, cleaning or installation
