Supporting design integrity through functional detailing
Jonite was selected to provide a suite of custom grating solutions that align with the hotel’s design intent. Across the courtyard and outdoor zones, Jonite’s trench grates were installed to ensure discreet yet effective drainage, maintaining clean lines and uninterrupted visual flow. At the overflow fountains, where both performance and appearance are critical, Jonite’s engineered stone grates offered dependable water management in areas of high visibility—reinforcing the seamless integration of function into refined spaces.
Grating solutions that enhance guest experience and architectural vision
The centrepiece of Jonite’s contribution is the series of custom ventilation grilles placed near outdoor seating areas. Crafted in Forest stone and tailored to meet strict open-area requirements for ventilation, the grilles were designed to perform without compromising on aesthetic standards. Each piece was finished in a bespoke colour to match the hardscape palette, blending effortlessly into the environment. This installation illustrates Jonite’s capacity to elevate the quality of public space—where durability, performance, and thoughtful design come together to support both architectural vision and guest experience.
