  • Our standard range is available to order directly through the shop. Lead times vary depending on the product, quantity, and your destination, and will be confirmed at checkout. For bespoke or project-scale orders, get in touch with our team and we'll advise on production and delivery timelines.

  • Yes. Datasheets and product specifications are available to download directly from each product and collection page, ready for project documentation or consultant review.

  • Our shop covers our standard range. For custom colourways, unique configurations, or project-specific requirements, we work closely with architects, designers, and developers to create made-to-order solutions. Visit our custom solutions page or get in touch to explore what's possible.

02 / Purchasing

  • The shop is open to everyone, whether you're an architect specifying a project, a developer sourcing materials at scale, or a homeowner looking to elevate a space. Browse, configure with the Wall Visualiser, and order directly. If you need project-scale support or custom solutions, our team is always on hand.

  • Yes. Browse our collections, configure your design using the Wall Visualiser, and place your order directly through the shop from anywhere in the world.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards for all online orders. For larger orders or alternative payment arrangements, please contact our sales team.

  • As all Jonite products are made to order, we're unable to cancel orders once they've been confirmed. Production begins immediately after confirmation, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

    If you believe there's been an error with your order, contact us at orders@jonite.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

03 / Delivery + shipping

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Breeze blocks can be significant in weight at larger quantities. Once your order exceeds a certain weight threshold, standard courier shipping may no longer be the most practical or cost-effective option. Our team will be in touch within 24 hours of your order being placed to discuss the best shipping arrangement for your needs.

  • For heavier shipments, we arrange air freight as standard, with door-to-door delivery. If you have more flexibility on delivery timelines, sea freight is available as a more cost-effective alternative. Get in touch with our team directly to discuss the best option for your project.

  • Yes. We ship to most regions globally. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. If your region isn't listed, get in touch and we'll find a solution.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details. For freight orders, our team will keep you updated directly throughout the process.

04 / Warranty

  • Yes. All Jonite products are backed by a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Full warranty terms are provided with your order documentation and available on our warranty policy page.

  • Contact our team as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

05 / Wall Visualiser

  • The Wall Visualiser is an interactive design tool built into our shop. Select your breeze block pattern and colour, input your wall dimensions, and see a realistic preview of your wall before anything is ordered or built.

  • Quite a lot. Start by setting your wall dimensions for a true-to-scale preview, then select your collection and colour. From there, choose from a set of preset patterns or go further with the customiser — where you can select individual blocks, mix different modules within the same collection, and rotate or flip each block to create a layout that's entirely your own. Finished configurations can be saved and shared with collaborators or clients directly from the tool.

  • The Wall Visualiser uses high-fidelity renders based on our actual product finishes, giving you a true-to-life preview of how your wall will look before anything is ordered or built.

  • Yes. Your configurations can be saved and shared directly from the visualiser, useful for design reviews or collaborating with a client or contractor remotely.

  • The Wall Visualiser is accessible directly through our shop. To save and share your designs, you'll need to be logged in. Browsing and configuring is open to everyone.

  • Yes. Once you've settled on a configuration, you can move directly to the product page and place your order from there.
