Jonite was selected for its innovative drainage solutions, providing both light duty and vehicular trench grates across the development. These engineered stone grates contribute to the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the project while delivering high-performance drainage that supports both pedestrian and vehicular zones. Their stone-like finish integrates naturally into the landscape and hardscape, ensuring form never compromises function.

The project was delivered in partnership with CFLink, Jonite’s exclusive distributor in Hong Kong. Together, they worked closely with the design and construction teams to deliver solutions that met Oasis Kai Tak’s standards for safety, sustainability, and design excellence.
