Designed with Jonite’s Modubloc system, this wall becomes both threshold and screen—creating a sense of intrigue while allowing filtered views and airflow through its rhythmic grid of openings.
Selected for its sculptural clarity and modular flexibility, Jonite Modubloc breeze blocks were custom-finished to echo the home’s overall material palette.
